Products

PV Labs designs and develops products that touch every part of the imaging chain.  We have developed these technologies to enhance our customers capabilities to get the image, data, and information when they need it; utilizing individual components or our full turn key solutions.  Our products are used across a range of markets in the air, on the ground and in marine environments.

PV-15

The PV-15 stabilized gimbal system utilizes PV Labs proprietary Gen-V technology to create an open architecture design that provides customers with ease of sensor integration, full meta-data support and geo-pointing to suit the needs of the most demanding applications. When you choose the PV-15, you are getting more than a stabilized platform—you are getting over 30 years of experience in delivering industry leading quality and performance as well as expert support.

Key Benefits:

– 3 axis stabilization; ≤ 4 microradian jitter performance on all fixed and rotor wing aircraft

– Larger payload volume than all other systems in class

– Open Architecture;

– Easy custom payload integration;

– Best in class durability and maintainability;

– Core components are user serviceable; line replaceable or shop replaceable units

– ITAR Free solutions available

PV-1520

The PV-1520 offers best in class performance . PV Labs has utilized the largest payload volume in its class to maximize the aperture of the sensor system; effectively giving 20” Class MWIR performance in a 15” class gimbal. This results in longer range detection, recognition and identification of targets across our product line in each size category.

PSI Vision 3000

PV Labs turn key WAMI system optimized for reduced SWaP. A 330MP color sensor in a 15" Class Turret with all the benefits of PSI Vision.

LDG

Pictro0208-015426_608

The Look Down Gimbal (LDG) was designed with the customer’s needs at the forefront of product development.  It is an open architecture design that provides customers with a high performance gimbal system that also allows for ease of implementation and versatility when evaluating and deploying new airborne sensors.  PV Labs supports all LDG integrations with  the experience, quality, and reliability required to operate in the most demanding environments.  When you choose the LDG, you are getting more than a stabilized platform- you are getting on time delivery, expert support and extensive industry experience.

- High Performance: PV Labs has integrated over 30 different sensor payloads into the LDG platform for government and commercial applications. Our customers demand a high performance system with sub 5µRad stabilization performance and we continue to deliver.

- Highest payload size to weight ratio in the industry: Our light weight materials and efficient design allow the total system weight to remain low while permitting heavy payloads. We use high performance materials to reduce weight without sacrificing stiffness and strength.

- Universal Gimbal: The LDG can integrate a vast array of sensor payloads and allows users to swap payloads. The large internal payload housing accommodates big or uniquely shaped payloads; perfect for hard to integrate or emerging sensors.

- Precise geo-spatial meta-data: Assigning precise meta-data relies on a stable platform, and the LDG delivers better than 5µRad stability. Utilizing patented XR2 motion management technology, the LDG provides stability and jitter control for long integration times, sharp images, and superior meta-data.
